Marc & Cheryl Cargill
Lead Pastor
Marc is originally from Washington state where he and his wife Cheryl pastored for 25 years. Marc and Cheryl started in youth ministry and have been involved in all aspects of church ministry, leadership and church planting. Marc received his Bachelor of Theology degree from Portland Bible College and a Master's degree in Leadership Studies from Vanguard University and Cheryl received an Associates Degree in Music from Portland Bible College and her BA in Education from Grand Canyon University. Marc has written the well received book, When Faith Matters Most. He has ministered across the United States and around the world to churches, pastors and leaders. His ministry is marked with relevance, humor, and a prophetic voice to this generation.

Overseers of Hope Church
Hope Church is governed by a board of overseers that provides support, strength, accountability and covering for the church. They are leaders of the Arizona Network of the Assemblies of God. Our overseers are: Jeff Peterson and Leigh Metcalf.
Cheryl Cargill
Worship Pastor
Cheryl has been involved in music ministry and worship for many years. She has lead worship in local churches, at conferences and retreats and is passionate about experiencing the presence of God. She has been in ministry with her husband, Marc, for over 30 years in a variety of roles. In addition to worship ministry, Cheryl is also an excellent teacher and communicator. Cheryl and Marc have five beautiful children - Tyson, Trenton, Blake, Zachary, and Lacey.

Daron Bigby
Generations Pastor
Daron is a military veteran and has a passion to reach this next generation for Jesus. He oversees all aspects of our generational pipeline: Hope Kids, Anthem Youth, and DWELL, our young adult ministry. His easy-going manner and affinity for fun engages young people on their level. Daron is a gifted communicator and loves the presence of God in worship. His vision for the generations is establish them in Jesus through foundational teaching in God's Word and practical application.

Teleia Bigby
Office Manager
Teleia is a loving, compassionate, and fiery young woman who loves the Lord, her family, and her church with all her heart. Teleia moved to Tucson from Washington State in April of 2019 and didn’t hesitate to get connected! She joined the Hope Church staff as Administrative Assistant to Pastors Marc & Cheryl shortly after her arrival. She is the Director of DWELL, Hope Church’s young adult ministry, and serves alongside her husband, Pastor Daron Bigby. Teleia loves spending time with her closest family and friends watching movies, playing board games, or just chilling in the pool when she’s not at the church. Her favorite genre of music is a mix of Kpop and Christian rap. If you see her jamming in her car, it’s most likely to one of two music artists, Andy Mineo or Stray Kids.
Pam Taylor
Director - Real Kids Preschool
Pam has been involved in children's education for many years. She received her degrees from Seattle Pacific University in both Elementary Education and Special Education. It has always been a dream of hers to be a part of a Christian school that teaches about Jesus, and has high academic standards. Pam taught in the Vail School District for 17 years before going the preschool staff. Pam has three children and three grandchildren and three dogs (great things come in threes!).
